Are you an Empath?

ARE YOU HIGHLY CREATIVE?
ARE YOU A SENSITIVE PERSON?
DOES HELPING PEOPLE BRING YOU JOY?
DO YOU FEEL MOST PEACEFUL WHEN YOU ARE IN NATURE?
DO YOU GET EASILY OVERWHELMED WITH PEOPLE AND EVENTS?

The planet does not need more successful people, but it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of every kind.

Welcome to Empath Mom

Hello I 'm Allison

An empath is a super-feeler, a highly sensitive soul who can take on the energy and emotions of others. As an empath, my wish for all of you is to live a life full of joy, balance, and peace. I always say if I had only known when I was growing up that there was a name for how I felt, life would have been much easier for me.

What is an EMPATH?

An empath is someone who can deeply feel another person’s energy, like they are experiencing it themselves. Empaths can typically be very compassionate, understanding and caring. They have the ability to absorb and sense the emotions of others, which may leave them feeling quite tired. Being an empath is an incredible gift, and the key is learning how to manage and balance your beautiful energy and sensitivity.

The toolbox is here for you to use whenever you need. It’s full of resources, tools and strategies to help manage your energy and avoid empath overwhelm. It’s a peaceful place to come and learn how to embrace the gift of being an empath.
